One, you walk in and it’s the cutest little place you’ll ever see. If the aesthetic doesn’t steal your attention, the warm greeting you get when you walk in surely will! This was my first time so the lady behind the counter walked me through their 3 donut variations and some of their summer flavors. I got the peach cobbler, the cornbread old fashioned, and the lemon shake-up. By far top 2 donut places I’ve ever had and they aren’t number 2! BTW’s, get the peach limeade and thank me later!

8/15 UPDATE: Words cannot express my disappointment.... ....That the incredible "brown butter cornbread" donuts I was first in line to try this morning had sold out less than an hour into the day, before I could make it back for seconds. 🙁 It's ok though, because I got myself a delicious consolation "peach, basil, and lime" to lift my spirits. In all seriousness, this place is 100% worth the stop. These are not just donuts, they are unique confections worthy of the top shelf in the display case of any high-end patisserie. Their pricing is competitive with other desserts of their class, and should not be weighed against that of a traditional donut. Not knocking Krispy Kreme, but it simply isn't a fair comparison. I am looking forward to seeing what next week's genius creation turns out to be, even if my otherwise-preparing-for-a-wedding waistline is not. I have a new favorite donut on planet Earth! (To be clear, I don’t have extraterrestrial faves…yet!) I was in Columbus this past weekend for the Arnold and made a trip to try a donut at Rose Dough. (To be clear, my son is the weight lifting fanatic….I am more the donut lifting fanatic.) I had to make the very difficult decision of what donut to try out of some amazing flavor choices! So hard!! I went with the brown butter crème brûlée French cruller. Best decision of 2026 so far! THIS. DONUT. IS. A. LIFE. CHANGING. DONUT! (The big change for me unfortunately is donut sadness as they are in Ohio and I am not!😭) This donut was a perfect marriage of carmelized sugar, nutty toasty brown butter, and perfect cruller dough. It was a texture adventure through crunchy brûlée , crispy cruller ridges, and soft delectable donut innards. I say none of this lightly. This donut was $6 and I would not steer you towards a high priced donut unless I thought they had produced something exquisite. This is perfection. They should have Michelin stars for donuts. I went here a few weeks ago, and it was wonderful! I got a chocolate doughnut (I forget the name of it) and it was perfect! Best donut I’ve ever eaten! My friend got a pumpkin one and she also loved it! The workers are kind, and the atmosphere kind of reminds me of Barbie but with a more chill vibe and I love it! 10/10!!!

I cannot rave enough about this place! Their doughnuts are always a hit and they are hands down my favorite doughnut shop in cbus! In fact, my husband who doesn’t even like doughnuts usually will ask me to pick some up for him. And while the doughnuts itself are a reason to go, the real treat is chatting with the owner and rest of the staff! They’re so friendly and thoughtful! We have some dietary restrictions (my husband can’t eat anything cooked in alcohol or with liquor in it) and they’re so thoughtful about making sure it’s noted for my order! This is my favorite place to take visitors to and I am so excited to see how they grow!
